Jindal rail infrastructure limited is poised to get Rs 18.35 crores in an arbitration case against the ministry of railways in dispute regarding supply of wagons.

The Tribunal arrived at the conclusion that the Indian Railways have committed a breach of the contract by purchasing 496 wagons BOXNHL wagons from Jindal Rail at a lower price than the market price.
